How will I receive my purchase?

As soon as you complete your online payment, a confirmation email is sent to you containing a link to download your product(s). The link is valid for 30 days.

Am I able to return a digital download?

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns on digital download purchases. Please message us directly if you need any assistance or have a concern regarding your purchase.

How do I install my new .ase or .brush file on my iPad?

Once you've downloaded the .zip file from your purchase, unzip the file and (if needed) transfer it to your iPad.

Open the .ase file or .brush file on your iPad, and it will automatically load and install in Procreate for you.

The color palette or brush will be visible with your other palettes and brushes. (You may need to scroll to the bottom or top to see the newly loaded item).

I ordered a physical item (apparel, wall art, home goods). When will it arrive?

Production and shipping time typically takes between 5-14 days.

Since exact production and shipping times vary by country, if you need a more exact timeframe estimate for your delivery, please message us.

Can I use items I purchased for my own business?

Any digital art download, color palette, or digital brush may be used for your own personal or commercial projects, however, redistribution or reselling of a purchased item in its original form is prohibited.
